All About Our Showroom Safety Protocols
Here at Poppin, we’re so excited to welcome you back to our showrooms! As we reopen our doors and continue to open new locations, we’re keeping your health and safety our top priority. (Your work happiness, of course, is number two!)
To ensure a work happy and healthy visit for everyone, we’re closely following CDC recommendations.
Our Protocols
All showroom tours will be limited to one client visit at a time.
In our buildings, you’ll find increased signage to encourage social distancing, hand sanitizer throughout the offices and showrooms, best-in-class sanitization of all common areas, and increased HVAC filtration and airflow.
Elevators will be restricted to a maximum of four people, and we’re limiting our food and beverage offerings. (But we can’t wait to get a cocktail with you soon!)
Our Guidelines
Before Your Visit
Please self-administer your temperature the morning of your showroom visit. If you have a fever, we’ll be happy to reschedule your visit.
During Your Visit
Both employees and clients must wear face coverings at all times. If needed, we always have extra masks available! Gloves will also be provided for handling any non-furniture products.
All visits will be limited to the showroom. In our New York showroom, your visit will include the reception area of our office. As much as we love to show it off, we’re not currently giving tours of our office.
After Your Visit
If you test positive for COVID-19 in the 10 days following your visit, we ask that you kindly contact your Account Executive so they may take the proper safety precautions. If we have reason to believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19 during your visit, we will contact you immediately.
