The footprint of the assembled PoppinPod (with the door closed) is 46.06"W x 47.32"D x 88.1"H.

The interior dimension of the PoppinPod is 37.09"W x 39.13"D x 84.65"H

When the door is opened fully, it adds 39" to the overall depth.

We recommend allowing 12" of space above the PoppinPod to allow for sufficient air circulation.

30 Day Returns

Returns of PoppinPod products are accepted within 30 days of receipt. To place a return, please contact Poppin via email (returns@poppin.com) with your order number and details on the items you'd like to return. The return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note:

For a full refund, the PoppinPod must be in its original condition with the full packaging intact.  If the product returned is no longer in new condition, the customer will be assessed a minimum 20% refurbishing charge that will be deducted from your refund. Any White Glove delivery and installation fees are non-refundable. All refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 30 business days of receipt.

Damages + Defects

Please inspect shipments for any visible carton damage and note that on the paperwork when signing for the delivery. Once assembled, inspect the product for any damage. If the product arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days to arrange an exchange at no cost to you.

Our PoppinPods are backed by a 10-year warranty, 2 year electrical so you never have to worry. Some restrictions apply. Please see our warranty page for terms and conditions.

The dimensions of the outer carton of the PoppinPod are 88.6"L x 46.5D"W x 27.4"H and the weight is 687 lbs.

Please note: These dimensions/weights also exclude the weight of the pallet.
