At Poppin, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture.
Our warranty reflects our confidence in our products and our commitment to your satisfaction.


What’s Covered

Poppin warrants that its furniture is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, single-shift use (40-hour work week), for as long as 12 years.

Warranty is valid only with proper care, maintenance, and installation as outlined in our guidelines.

If something goes wrong under warranty, we’ll repair or replace the product—or the affected part—with a comparable item.

Please note that this policy only applies to the original owner/purchaser of the product.

What’s Not Covered

  • Products from third-party brands (e.g., Byrne)

  • Shipping or carrier damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Modifications or substitutions of non-Poppin parts

  • Improper care, misuse, neglect, or abuse

  • Variations in grain, color, or texture in natural materials like wood, marble, and leather

  • Fabric or leather fading, staining, or finish alterations

  • Consumables like light bulbs, ballasts, and certain electronics

  • High-wear parts: electrical components, seals, foam, casters, glides, arm pads, finishes

  • Seismic anchor additions to PoppinPods (voids warranty)

  • Products purchased through third party partners (e.g. Staples) are not subject to Poppin's warranty. Those products are warranted by the place of purchase.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a claim:

  • Contact Customer Service
    • Email: claims@poppin.com
    • Call: (866) 671-3485
    • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9AM–9PM ET
  • Have this info ready:
    • SKU of the product and product ID label
    • Sales order number (required)
    • Detailed description of the issue (photos required)

Our Customer Service team will review and pre-approve solutions including replacement, parts, repair, or labor. Once approved, you’ll receive an authorization number and next steps.


Ongoing Product Care

To ensure product safety and performance, we recommend:

  • Periodic inspection of structural components
  • Immediate reporting of visible fatigue, damage, or wear
  • Following all maintenance and care guidelines


Legal Stuff

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

No other express or implied warranties apply beyond what is written here. Poppin will not be liable for incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration specified above.


Natural Wood Variations

Each wood product is unique. Natural variations in grain, texture, and color are expected and embraced. Aging and exposure to light may alter finishes over time.
