The PoppinPods feature a welded metal frame with powder-coated steel, 16 mm melamine sides, and 8 mm tempered glass. The interior includes metal framing, 40 mm acoustic foam wrapped in 12 mm melamine, and finished with upholstered fabric. The ceiling has a double layer of melamine panels. Lighting and ventilation vary by model:

• Pod for 1: 3 LED lights, 2 motion-activated fans
• Pod for 2: 3 LED lights, 4 fans
• Pod for 4: 6 LED lights, 8 fans
• Pod for 6: 9 LED lights, 16 fans

The PoppinPods feature 8 mm (0.31 inches) tempered safety glass (TSG) for enhanced durability and safety.

The PoppinPod for 2 includes a table and soft seating as standard. The PoppinPod for 4 is priced with a built-in standing-height table, and the PoppinPod for 6 includes a seated-height table. Both the PoppinPod for 4 and 6 can be ordered without the table, which also removes the monitor mount.

The PoppinPod for 1 is in stock with a right-handed door. A left-handed door option is available with an 8-10 week lead time, and the door orientation cannot be changed on-site. The PoppinPods for 2, 4, and 6 can be ordered to specification, allowing for custom configurations.

All PoppinPods can accommodate a locking handle, but it is considered a special order item with a standard lead time of 8-10 weeks (to the East Coast).

Air is supplied from the top and naturally extracted through exhaust slots at the center of the ceiling, ensuring effective ventilation. The airflow and refresh rates are as follows (in cubic feet per minute):

• Pod for 1: 117 CFM, refreshes every 36 seconds
• Pod for 2: 235 CFM, refreshes every 36 seconds
• Pod for 4: 470 CFM, refreshes every 43 seconds
• Pod for 6: 940 CFM, refreshes every 43 seconds

Disassembly and reassembly are required to move a PoppinPod within the office. Poppin’s partner installers are available to assist with this process, ensuring the pod is safely and correctly relocated.

The maximum acoustical noise generated by the fans in PoppinPods is 24.6 dB(A). During normal operation, the fans produce minimal noise, which is generally not noticeable, ensuring a quiet and comfortable environment inside the pod.

The PoppinPod for 1 includes 1 AC outlet, while the Pods for 2, 4, and 6 come with 2 AC outlets and 1 USB port. All pods are equipped with a cable guide for Ethernet or HDMI cables. The PoppinPod's power cord length varies depending on how it is routed:
