What does it sound like inside a PoppinPod Om?
The PoppinPod Om phone booth, by design, is not 100% soundproof. Users inside the office pod will still hear muffled sounds from the outside, which keeps your conversations private while letting you stay aware of your environment.
What is Poppin's Anti-Eavesdrop Design?
Our Anti-Eavesdrop Design reduces speech intelligibility and dampens sound so private conversations stay that way. People outside the pod might hear the sound of your beautiful voice but they won’t be able to understand what you’re saying.
Does PoppinPod Om Have an NIC rating?
PoppinPod Om booths have a rating of 32dB, tested to the ISO 23351 standard. Meaning that your Om can dampen sound up to 32 decibels.
What does it mean to be UL 962 Listed?
Unlike a lot of pods on the market that might only use UL-listed electrics. PoppinPods themselves are UL Listed. This means they’ve gone through extra structural, electric, and material testing to bring you one of the safest pods on the market.
What is PoppinPod Om made of?
Our PoppinPods are made with durable and safe materials. The Om is constructed with a powder-coated aluminum shell which has a high corrosion resistance as well as being lightweight. Layers of acoustic siding in the Om absorb sound waves as they enter and leave the pod. A durable steel frame supports the weight and structure of the pod while acoustic foam, acoustic paneling, and plywood come together to dampen sound. The door is made of laminated semi-tempered safety glass that provides impact resistance and greater structural stability. Is the PoppinPod Om ventilated?
Absolutely! Motion-activated fans inside the PoppinPod Om achieve a comfortable, temperature-regulated air flow that circulates air from outside the pod. The air inside the pod refreshes every 90 seconds.
Are the fans loud?
Our dual-fan systems are off-set so they don’t create any additional, noticeable noise in the open office; they’re designed to create airflow and provide white noise without disrupting work or calls being done in PoppinPod.
How do the lights work?
Lights inside the PoppinPod Om are motion-activated and dimmable from 1,100 lumens so you can create your ideal workspace.
Does the PoppinPod Om have a right-handed or left-handed door? Can it be changed?
The default installation of the PoppinPod Om Sit is left-handed reverse. The default installation of the PoppinPod Om Stand is right-handed reverse. The swing of the door can be customized for your needs.
What is the difference between the Om Sit and the Om Stand?
Om Sit is wide enough to allow for seating options like our Key Chair (sold separately). Great for long meetings and those who prefer to kick back and relax.

Can a monitor be mounted inside the PoppinPod Om?
Yes, you can mount a monitor inside the Om with Poppin’s Magnetic Monitor Mount (sold separately).
How much space does the PoppinPod Om need?
The footprint of the assembled PoppinPod Om Sit (with the door closed) is 77.6”H x 47” W x 32.5”D. The footprint of the assembled PoppinPod Om Stand (with the door closed) is 83.25”H x 39”W x 35.25”D. When the door is opened fully, it adds 33.5” to the overall depth. We recommend allowing at least 9” of space above PoppinPods to maximize airflow
Does the PoppinPod Om come with seating?

How do the rollers on PoppinPod Om work?
The PoppinPod Om’s breakthrough technology has rollers built into the base. These rollers are engaged when the PoppinPod Om is lowered onto them. When the rollers are engaged, the PoppinPod Om will move left or right, not back and forth. To turn the PoppinPod Om, simply push it—the rollers are designed to slide when they’re engaged.
How do I move the PoppinPod Om around my office?
Follow these 3 easy steps: 1. Remove the carpet from the PoppinPod Om to expose the wood underneath. 2. Use the handy Allen key (it’s conveniently located in the slot in the wood!) to lower the PoppinPod Om onto its rollers. 3. Move the PoppinPod Om to the desired location, then reengage the feet with the Allen key before replacing the key and carpet. Just make sure to unplug the PoppinPod Om before you move it!
Do PoppinPod Oms lock?
PoppinPods do not come with a locking handle for safety reasons. However, they can easily have their handles switched with most common options.

How does White Glove assembly and installation work?
With our White Glove installation, a team of professional installers will arrive on a date arranged ahead of time to unpack, assemble, and place your new PoppinPod office pod exactly where you want it. They will also make sure everything is clean and remove all pallets, trash, and packaging.
How much does White Glove delivery + installation cost?
The PoppinPod Om has a standard flat White Glove installation fee of $750. Standard flat fees will be automatically applied at checkout. Additional White Glove fees may apply for non-standard installations (e.g., stair carry, weekend or after-hours delivery).
Our White Glove installation includes delivery, assembly, and clearing away the boxes and pallets.
Can PoppoinPod Om be installed before a Certificate of Occupancy (COO) is issued?
Yes! As PoppinPod OMS are UL 962 Certified so they can be installed before an office’s final inspection
How hard is it to install PoppinPod Om?
PoppinPods are one of the easiest office pods on the market to install. The PoppinPod Om takes about one hour to build with two installers. Plus, every PoppinPod is equipped with rollers so they can be moved anywhere in the office, even after installation!
I’ve placed my order! How should I prepare to receive my PoppinPod Om?
Poppin will reach out to you with some questions to determine if any unique preparation is needed—then we’ll take it from there. You’ll need to determine where you’d like the PoppinPod Om (within 6’ of an outlet), then provide a minimum of 6’x6’ of cleared space around. Our White Glove installation includes delivery, assembly, and clearing away the boxes and pallets.
How many boxes will the PoppinPod Om arrive in?
If you qualify for Rolling Install, the PoppinPod Om will arrive fully assembled.
What are the dimensions and weights of the cartons?
The dimensions of the outer carton of the PoppinPod Om Sit are: 83.6”H x 51”W x 36.5”D and the weight is 600 lbs. The dimensions of the outer carton of the PoppinPod Om Stand are: 89”H x 43.5”W x 39”D and the weight is 595 lbs.

What do I need to know about earthquakes?
Seismic requirements vary depending on your city’s building codes. If you live in an area with high seismic activity, make sure to check with your local authority or building at the time of purchase. We will help walk through the process. Pricing and installation guides for seismic kits are available upon request.
If I use a seismic kit, can I move my PoppinPod Om?
Once your seismic kit is installed, the PoppinPod Om cannot be moved without uninstalling the seismic kit.

What is the PoppinPod Om return policy?
Returns of PoppinPod products are accepted within 120 days of receipt free of charge, provided that the product is in new condition. To place a return within 120 days of receipt, please contact Poppin via email (returns@poppin.com) with your order number and details on the items you’d like to return. - If the product returned is no longer in new condition, the customer will be assessed a minimum 20% refurbishing charge that will be deducted from your refund.

Furniture is sold separately for our Kolo 1+, 2, 4, and 6 but adding a customizable furniture kit to is a piece of cake.
What is a PoppinPod decal?
A frosted PoppinPod decal offers partial visual privacy for your PoppinPod Kolo phone booth. When you order a PoppinPod Kolo with a decal, the decal will arrive in separate packaging and require additional installation services. A Poppin Project Manager will schedule the installation of both your PoppinPod Kolo and the decal.

Yes, a monitor mount can be screwed into the Acoustic Panelling and Plywood. Reach out to your Project Manager to get the exact placement. We recommend against using a mount with a swivel arm as it could damage the pod.
