How do I make a return?

If you are returning a gift (sorry Granny, I just don’t like Pink anymore) it can be returned for a Poppin credit. You cannot return personalized or customized items unless your last name happens to be Poppin, wink wink.

Returning Art

Return using UPS or FedEx to:

Returning everything else:

1. Click here to print a return label.


2. Fill out your shipping information and hit print.


3. Include your packing slip in the box and circle what you're returning.


4. Print your label, tape it firmly to the box.


5. Drop your package off at the post office, a UPS location, or even your mailbox.

Shipping is on us if it's our mistake, and on you if you've decided you're more of a Lime Green person than Pool Blue. UPS labels
can only be used for returns from the lower 48. If you live outside the continental United States, mail in your return using an insured method.
