I just got my tracking number but it seems to be invalid. What’s going on?

We process our orders really fast. It's possible that your tracking number has not been updated with the shipping carrier yet. This usually happens overnight so if you check back tomorrow the tracking info should be there. If not, contact a Work Stylist at workstylist@poppin.com or (888) 676-7746 and they'll help you out.
