We pinky-promise to take any Poppin product back that doesn’t make you work happy.
Non-customized, non-personalized products can be returned at any time for a full merchandise refund. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will go back on the credit card used to place your order within 7 business days. As soon as the return is processed, we will send you a confirmation email, presto! Non-Poppin branded product may be returned under the conditions listed below
Non-Poppin branded product may be returned under the following conditions. Turnstone furniture and Pablo lamps: We will gladly accept items that shipped via FedEx within 30 days from the date you received it, in new condition and in the original packaging for a full refund. Please note, products shipped via Inside Delivery, or White Glove Delivery and Installation are not returnable.
Gifts + Personalized Items
If you are returning a gift (sorry Granny, I just don’t like Pink anymore) it can be returned for a Poppin credit. You cannot return personalized or customized items.

Returning everything else:

- Fill out your shipping information and hit print.
- Include your packing slip in the box and circle what you're returning.
- Print your label, tape it firmly to the box.
- Drop your package off at the post office, a UPS location, or even your mailbox.
Shipping is on us if it's our mistake, and on you if you've decided you're more of a Lime Green person than Pool Blue. UPS labels
can only be used for returns from the lower 48. If you live outside the continental United States, mail in your return using an insured method.
