Poppin Product Returns (Non-Furniture)
Need a return or a switcheroo? Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date you receive your product.
If you wish to return the product, please contact our whiz kid Workstylists via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or give them a ring at (888-676-7746) within the 30-day period. They will happily assist you in the return and issue your full refund in the same form of payment the purchase was made.
Poppin Furniture Returns
We try our best to protect your furniture from life’s accidental dings, but if your product arrives with damage, we will arrange an exchange or refund at no cost to you.We allow 5 business days from receipt of goods to honor claims of damage so make like Inspector Gadget and review your shipment at the moment of delivery. If you see any issues, be sure to detail the damage on the bill of lading when signing for your freight shipment. Please note that shipping costs and White Glove installation fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees may apply.
If all looks good, still be sure to keep the original packaging until you are certain that you will keep the product. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed if items are returned damaged or without original packaging.
If there is a defect in manufacturing, we will replace furniture items after 30 days under our Warranty Policy at no cost to you. See our Warranty Policy for details on initiating a claim.
Non-Poppin Branded Product Returns
Turnstone furniture and Pablo lamps: We will gladly accept items that shipped via FedEx within 30 days from the date you received it, in new condition and in the original packaging for a full refund.
Gifts + Customized Items
If you are returning a gift (sorry Granny, I just don’t like Pink anymore) it can be returned for a Poppin credit. You cannot return personalized or customized items.
All refunds will be issued within 10 business days.
